Our services may include Meta ad management, content creation, and appointment scheduling on your behalf. The specific scope of services for your business is confirmed during your strategy call.
Our services are intended for HVAC business owners or authorized decision-makers who are licensed and insured and operate an established crew. We reserve the right to decline service to any business that does not meet these criteria.
To deliver our services effectively, we may ask you to provide accurate business information, respond to requests in a timely manner, and supply raw photos, video, or other material from your jobs for use in advertising content.
While we work to generate qualified appointments for your business, marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, pricing, and how leads are handled once booked. We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, appointments, or sales.
There is no long-term contract. You may cancel our services at any time by notifying us; any appointments already shown and billed prior to cancellation remain payable. We may also pause or end services if payment is not received or if a client is no longer eligible under Section 2.
All content on this website, including copy, design, and branding, is the property of Tiam John Agency unless otherwise noted. Any advertising creative we produce using material you provide is licensed to you for use in connection with your business.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tiam John Agency is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or this website. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months prior to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
